Life is busy. We are stressed. We are overworked. We lead active lives looking after families, and we want to change, but are unsure where to start. We may need some help in reaching our goals and are considering working with someone to assist with weight concerns, emotional eating, fatigue, blood sugar or digestive issues. This is where I come in.
I have been a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2011, and during this time I have completed studies in aromatherapy, psychology and nutrition. I have a Diploma in Remedial Massage, a Certificate in Allied Health Naturopathic Nutrition, a Health Science Bachelor’s Degree from Deakin University (majors in Nutrition and Psychology) and an Eating Psychology Practitioner Certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
In June I will be available to take on more nutritional coaching clients, helping women improve their health and wellbeing. I focus on reducing joint and muscle pain, managing and relieving digestive issues, improving mood and fatigue, and addressing weight concerns (such as emotional eating, over-eating and binge eating).
